They have helped me with helping others so many times it's unbelievable. Now they may not be able to help with everything but they have helped with helping me get a safe place for a female to sleep. I don't really know what all they can do but they helped me get a 16 year old run away back to her family and she made back safely. I recommend them to anyone who might need a little help.
Wish I can LEAVE A negative star yall don’t even answer the phone i have been calling for almost 6months sucks when people need help and y’all actually not doing the job to get us the HELp I wouldn’t recommend 0/10
Whitney (who no longer works for them) put me in a unit on the edge of Moore, Oklahoma....... With a slum lord, no heat, my door wouldn't shut, windows wouldn't shut. It was awful, when I told Rachel bout the following week her & Whitney told me "I already have a place to live, why would I move to your unit? I like my place" they PROMISED me they would pay my deposit on my power bill, a week after moving in Whitney serve me a message "did y'all get the power on your name?" 😲
I spent my last little amount of money (which left me broke for the month of Feb, just to pay to get my power bill turned on in my name). I even told them when I saw them a week later, Rachel said nothing.
It's a dam good thing Sy From City Rescue called me just before my last failed inspection. They kicked butt, took care of me.... Got me into my new unit, helped me soooooo much.
This place is a joke, they only help who they want to help. I was so nice to them, made friends with this place.
I stopped going here in April when I told Whitney that Sy was my case manager & I no longer wanted Whitney to help. Whitney said "it's ok, I can still help you" apparently they can't hear, they hear what they want to hear.
BE AWARE OF THIS PLACE, THEY'LL LEAVE YA IN A SLUM PLACE THEN WALK AWAY!!!!!
THIS IS A JOKE!! 😡
I HAVE CALLED 50 TIMES BETWEEN 7:45 AM TO 8:05 AM
THEY NEVER ANSWERED AND THE LINES STAYS BUSY. THEN WHEN YOU GET FINALLY AFTER SO MANY DAMN CALLS THEY SEND IT START TO VOICE MAIL. ITS 🤬 IF YOU ASK ME!! THE IN ENID ACTUALLY HELPS PEOPLE.. OKC CATHOLIC CHARITIES IS FOOL OF THEMSELVES. WHAT A WASTE!!
Almost a 5 star, just I know they are currently working on making facilities more beneficial and resourceful for the Homeless Women of the City and I know it's going to be amazing. Thank you guys for all you do and all your ideas and your inclusion. Also I hope you find the case managers needed to help work cases soon.
Everything I made enquiry about and sought better explanation went A-Ok
My Case is not seen and I have paid hundred of dollars of American money for months now
Once you get assigned a case manager, they really work hard on getting you the help that you need
